Waited over 3 hours for a 15 minute installation time for a part. Had an appointment. Had to contact the service advisor several times who misinformed me that the car was in the service area being worked on, a part. Had an appointment. Asked to have my keys back to reschedule--was refused. Waiting area was uncomfortable and cold. Customers should be treated with better respect. More
