This dealership has been excellent since I bought my Prius in 2012. This past Monday they were able to diagnose a faint rattle heard from the driver's seat as a worn out Sway Bar End Link (SBEL), requir Prius in 2012. This past Monday they were able to diagnose a faint rattle heard from the driver's seat as a worn out Sway Bar End Link (SBEL), requiring that both the left and right SBELs be replaced. Talked to a sales man trying to get the out the door price of a 2023 camery, got a price, was about to get the cashier check when I got a text saying they calculated the tax and registration wrong and g price of a 2023 camery, got a price, was about to get the cashier check when I got a text saying they calculated the tax and registration wrong and gave us an upped price, said ok thanks for the correct price, got the cashier check, drove there, took 15 minutes to drive there, they just finished washing and gassed up, the sales man got his manager and he said sorry he’s new he calculated the tax wrong, I said I know we got the correct price, showed him the cashier check, he said no it’s more and gave us a new total, so he claimed the 25k car tax and registration was $4,000 making it go over 29k I did t agree and he went and got the paperwork tried to cover up the $600 door guard charge and pointed to the tax and registration fee, I asked what’s this, pointing to the door guard and he said oh we put that on when we detailed it, I said you were able to pit door guards wash and gas it up in 15 minutes?! He leaned over and and quietly asked when did you detail the car? He said just now right before they got here, manager looked down and was just quiet, when he claimed it was possible to do the door guards in less than 15 minutes, I pointed out that those are put on by the factory and the first buying paid that, so we’re not paying it a 2nd time! When I was going to walk he said he needed to talk to his manager, he was gone for 30 minutes and he agreed to the corrected text price that match the cashier check. Did the paperwork brought the car home, only to find they somehow they input a non existent address on the paperwork, close to the street name I live on but slightly different, that doesn’t exist! So they claimed they’re gonna correct it with the dmv, got the plates today with the correct address only to find out they put the registration from October 2023-October 2025, I just got this car, yes used but how and why is the registration for 2 Years and expires in 3 months this October! This place is the worse! DO NOT RECOMMEND More
