Starts from extremely unprofessional customer service and sales ethics, I met the sales reps Oscar who later I realized had no idea how does the financing works. I went in to purchase a pre-owned Honda crv 2 sales ethics, I met the sales reps Oscar who later I realized had no idea how does the financing works. I went in to purchase a pre-owned Honda crv 2020 that had a minor chip on it that previous owner filled with touch up paint and I asked him that can we fix it before I get the vehicle sold over to me and very confidently he replied yesss "absolutely bro will take care of it". Of course which he didn't. Later on next day I went in to get the deal finalized and with the pre-approved loan document from my bank but they insisted on getting my loan with them and I had clearly told them I don't want to go with them but to refuse my pre approval they started telling me whole bunch of nonsense as to why they can't accept that which has no valid reasons. It was from bank of America which is one of approved lenders that I had verified already. Anyways I got it vehicle as it was sold to me without having it fixed. Oscar told me that he'll follow up with me next day to make an appointment for me to come back and get that taken care of it. I called next day on Friday and no response I called him on Monday and no response and when he answered he said oh yeah man let me check and call you back and never called back. Anyway this was one terrible car buying experience I had. You guys are full of nonsense. Terrible customer service. More
