Poor management I bought a used car here in Early September and when we attempted to get it licensed in Louisiana, we found out that there was a letter required by th I bought a used car here in Early September and when we attempted to get it licensed in Louisiana, we found out that there was a letter required by the state stating that the car had not been involved in flooding. I both faxed and emailed the required paperwork to the dealership. I also called and talked to Justin (pre-owned manager) twice and was told both times that the paperwork would be completed and mailed to us. However, it is now October and we still haven't received the required paperwork. It is really disappointing, since I live 90 miles away, but I guess I will have to make another trip to Jackson to get this resolved. More
