The service rep was excellent with his communication and friendliness, as well as the cashier. The only issue I had was when I got in my vehicle, my driver's cloth seat was dirty from grease and dirt from friendliness, as well as the cashier. My vehicle was delivered with one of the features missing due to supply chain issues. Ray Brandt Toyota has responded with a plan to fix the problem, even though it wasn't caused by them.
