Car returned to me with grease and filth on various places on exterior and also on the inside and outside driver's door handle and steering wheel. I keep my car detailed and we very disappointed that, places on exterior and also on the inside and outside driver's door handle and steering wheel. I have NEVER had a car serviced by a dealership that the car wasn't washed and completely wiped down on the interior before being given back to me. Staff was polite but, given that I had a long-scheduled appointment, I still had to wait almost 3 hours for a tire rotation because of other cars in ahead of me. Amber Netto is a terrific salesperson, understood what I wanted and was able to get the car. I was not interested in a specific color but did need a sunroof to vent the heat out of the car so my dogs would wanted and was able to get the car.
