This is the second car I have bought from Ray Brandt Toyota and I always have car serviced with them. Have been satisfied with service but I sure wish it wasn’t so expensive. Second free oil change and a problem both times. First time the tech only finger tightened the oil drain plug. Leaked all over under the car and on my carport. Second oil change, about a week after I'm driving down the interstate and the cover over the oil pan comes loose. I park the car on a curb at work so I can crawl under. One screw is holding the cover and it's half way out. I call to get it replaced and they say they will have to inspect the car for user negligence. On a cover that came loose??? Wouldn't tell me if the same tech did both oil changes. They have a incompetent tech or a overall problem if it wasn't the same tech. More
Jared at reception was extremely rude from the first meeting. When I addressed it with Joey, he was nonchalant with his response. Got a car inspection and two weeks later still no communication on how much the cost of labor would be. Was not reached out to even though I made multiple calls with no answer and voicemail box does communication on how much the cost of labor would be.
