No sense of urgency from any Toyota Service Department Team member when I pulled up. I stood outside waiting to be assisted and had to go inside for assistance. In the past, someone was outside and assisted when I pulled up. Also, I brought in my car to be serviced because my light kept coming on and I kept adding air. Didn't know it had a nail, but wasn't informed PRIOR to the work being done. In the end, I was informed I had a nail and it was repaired for $38. It's not about the $38, it is about being notified PRIOR to the work being completed. My driver seat was moved from its original position AND my radio stationed turned to a different station. I understand the seat to accommodate the service worker, but a common courtesy is if you change something from its original position, simply put it back. Finally, no paper floor mats were used during this visit to protect my vehicle. More

I have been a customer for 12 years when I purchased my first Toyota. I also purchased my second Toyota from RB. My cars were serviced by them and no one else. I was very impressed with the service department from the beginning. The service people were friendly, helpful and very customer-oriented. Also I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort when waiting for service of my car. They actually provided drinks, breakfast pastries and finger sandwiches at lunch, free of charge, until covid (understandable). Who does that! I would recommend RB to anyone. More
