If I could I would put a negative stars on this dealership. the dealership has a vehicle that I want to purchase and the GENERAL SALES MANAGER ROBERTO OCHOA stated that the vehicle sold at auction dealership. the dealership has a vehicle that I want to purchase and the GENERAL SALES MANAGER ROBERTO OCHOA stated that the vehicle sold at auction already while I was on the phone with him which is a lie since the vehicle is still in the company website and auto trader after I called him out on it he then HUNG UP ON ME! if I was the dealerships owner I would fire him over his unprofessionalism and rudeness towards a customer he could have guided me towards another vehicle but instead decided to lose a customer. They always claim the car wash isn't working, even though I see ither cars going through and being washed. But.... they are quick with oil change and basic maintenance, friendly, and actually ROTATE THE TIRE I see ither cars going through and being washed.
