Firstly it was impossible to reach anyone over the phone. I left a voicemail and no one ever called me back. Eventually I had to go in in person and was surprised that it didn’t seem so busy after all. A few I left a voicemail and no one ever called me back. Eventually I had to go in in person and was surprised that it didn’t seem so busy after all. A few hours after dropping off the car I got a call from the service man saying that they could fix my car the following day but it would cost over $3000. I asked for a few minutes to think about it (my car is 8 years old and I wasn’t sure if it was worth it) and he told me I had 10 minutes to make up my mind if they were going to be able to order the part for the following day. When I asked about any cheaper alternatives he told me there were none and I felt very rushed. It was also very frustrating to have to fight to get a ride back to the dealership and super annoying that after paying over $3000 they gave me back my car with plastic wrap on the seats and the dirty paper floor protector still there. They have a car wash at their facility and didn’t run my car through it. The service guy claimed it was because my front bumper is slightly damaged but that seemed like a pathetic excuse to me. I really wonder how I would have been treated if I were a man and not a young woman. Disappointing. More

The surcharge for using a credit/debit card is ridiculous. As long as this is in place, I will take my business elsewhere.
