Disappointed there are no car mats or Manuel in my 2019 Rav 4 XLE Premium. Also no heated seats. Wondering what makes it premium. I bought it at the same price you sold it for in 2019. They had my car for longer than originally stated because it took longer to find the issue. I asked about getting another tire in my price range and my question went unanswered. SALES VISIT - NEW

I came to Ray Brandt about a month ago looking for a new RAV4 clean and was met by Carlos .I told him I am interested Luna Rock or Blue print color.He told me that they don’t have any at that time and he wi RAV4 clean and was met by Carlos .I told him I am interested Luna Rock or Blue print color.He told me that they don’t have any at that time and he will keep looking.After that day again he met me a week ago when I came to service my car and he told me he will keep me posted.Yesterday I went to see a relative in Panama City Florida and Carlos send me a text that he found a Luna rock XLE.I call him at 12.30 pm and told him that I am in Panama City and I will come today by 9.00 am.I came home at about 10.00 pm and today morning I saw that Carlos has send me a tex at 1.45 pm yesterday that the vehicle was sold.He never gave me chance . I always brought all my vehicle in the past from Ray Brandt and I was so disappointed the way this guy treated me being a loyal customer. More
