I am an 88 year old woman that felt harassed, pressured and insulted by the way Abe treated my husband and I when we came in to purchase a car. At one point he yelled at me and would not let me speak with and insulted by the way Abe treated my husband and I when we came in to purchase a car. At one point he yelled at me and would not let me speak with my son when I was asking him for advise. He kept talking over me and I could not hear what my son was telling me. He was pushy, rude and arrogant. He yelled at me so much that he had me in tears. I have never been in a situation like this before. With all that said, I did not get any information on how to operate my vehicle. The woman who worked with me in the service department was the one who showed me how to pair my telephone with the vehicle. I feel that he saw two old people with money and just pushed and pushed. I would not recommend that anyone go to Abe or to Ray Brandt to buy a vehicle and believe management should take the time to coach Abe on how to show people respect and treat them with dignity. It ashamed that car sales have stooped so low! More
