SERVICE VISIT

I came in for a tire rotation on Saturday June 19th. On Monday my tire light was on I went to NTB for air & the rep informed me that I had a nail/screw in my tire & would need a replacement. I then had to Monday my tire light was on I went to NTB for air & the rep informed me that I had a nail/screw in my tire & would need a replacement. I then had to pay for a brand new tire. Wednesday when I tried to clean my windshield I realized that my fluids in my car were not topped off. I was assured that they would be but they were not. I am highly upset with my last visit. More
