Lack of feedback on multi-assembled wear items: Example ... 100,000 miles preventive maintenance on my Tundra was done in October to replace the water pump, Customer courtesy would of nice to communicate r ... 100,000 miles preventive maintenance on my Tundra was done in October to replace the water pump, Customer courtesy would of nice to communicate recommendations to replace pulley tension, pulley, belt, etc. because 3 months later, I had to bring my Tundra back to replace these items, this of been prevented in October....I should of been made aware of this (common sense) I would of authorize replacements at that time.
