Not impressed, service advisors really aren’t friendly or welcoming. I was really glad I didn’t get Shelia, she is so rude every time. This dealership takes advantage of people who are not educated in auto finance. They recently coerced a family member into purchasing a used vehicle from them and only asked if she could afford xxx$/mon educated in auto finance. They recently coerced a family member into purchasing a used vehicle from them and only asked if she could afford xxx$/month payment, then proceeded to charge her 24% interest. Very deceitful. When another more knowledgeable family member discovered what had happened, they contacted the dealership and were treated like trash. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited 3 1/2 hours until my car was finally ready.
