Every appears so busy and unhappy at this location. You're never greeted and once you finally get inside its like a mad house. This is maybe the 3rd time in years I've had a pleasant attendant whos actually genuine about their job and taking ppride in customer service at Toyota. I’ve always loved to come to this service center, actually it’s been the only one I go to since moving here but my last visit I was disappointed not only did they NOT take a “free oil service” I had actually it’s been the only one I go to since moving here but my last visit I was disappointed not only did they NOT take a “free oil service” I had earned by being loyal just coming here but they also stopped the courtesy car wash plus I didn’t get any recommended services for my vehicles which I suspect it needs desperately.
