The reason for my rating is because I went there for my scheduled appointment time 9:30am for an oil and filter change. What I felt should have taken only about an hour took 3 hours. Grant it they checked the tire sensors and gave me a quote on tires, I felt the overall visit shouldn’t taken 3 hours. More
