Extremely unsafe coronavirus situation at this dealership. There were multiple employees with a mask not covering their noses, additional multiple employees with masks pulled completely down below dealership. There were multiple employees with a mask not covering their noses, additional multiple employees with masks pulled completely down below their chin and never once pulled them up to cover their mouth or their nose and additional multiple employees who did not have a mask on at all. All of these employees were dealing with customers or walking through the customer waiting area. There was also a customer in the waiting area that never pulled his mask over his mouth and nose for the hour he was there and no employee ever asked him to do so. Besides service was terrible. I had a scheduled appointment and was on time and it took over 90 minutes to change the oil and rotate my tires. Then they did not wash my vehicle even though it is supposed to be included with the service I received. I doubt that they did any sanitizing of my vehicle either. I have bought 3 vehicles since 2007 from this dealership and have always used them for all the scheduled maintenance on these vehicles. NEVER AGAIN! They clearly do not care for the safety of their customers. More

Not too happy. Went there was jerking in my car Tim said I had to make a appt. That's what I did. Was told I had to leave my car but it couldn't be done on a Saturday.
