Normally I receive very good service and with this being my last service under the Toyota Care I thought they would be very through just to make sure everything is working and function. I felt rushed in and my last service under the Toyota Care I thought they would be very through just to make sure everything is working and function. I felt rushed in and out. When I got to the cashier she acted like she didn’t know what she was doing and looked confused. The I was looking forward for my car to be run through the complementary car wash which my car needed it and it was not touched. I was not happy with this service at all. I think Toyota/dealership should take a little more interest in serving the vehicle completely for the last one. I’m not feeling confident in them right now. And I was disappointed that I was treated that way. More
