Professional service center with knowledgeable people Ray Brandt Toyota has been my service center since Doug Montalbano joined the team about 3-14 years ago. I followed Doug from Bohn. Doug consistently remains a true professional who searches for every way possible to be of assistance. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Commingled with a great personality, Doug is an individual who will explain to me in detailed layman's terms what is wrong with my vehicle; what I should do and when, I could not ask for anyone more excellent. The mechanical staff always repairs my issues as proficiently and quickly as possible. I still receive many compliments on how my 2004 Toyota Camry runs and looks. The one current negative comment I have about Ray Brandt Toyota is that there is no receptionist to answer the phone. On Tuesday morning I tried and tried to call the office to no avail. I didn't know if something changed and the Service Center was closed or what. I took a chance and drove my car there anyway, but it would have been much more efficient to be able to talk to Doug to make the appointment -- and a lot less frustrating for me. Please have the receptionist return!! More

Disappointment I waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes to get a dead battery replaced on my leased RAV 4. As I waited, no one came by to tell me what was going on; I even called from the lobby to speak to Mr. Montalbano, but he was not available to take my call. I have had batteries replaced in the past, but was never ignored. When I did get my car, there was plastic on the seat, which I did not want to touch (but to drive the cat, I had to either sit on it or throw it away) I have been a longtime customer, but I can tell they don't need my business. Maybe the fact that due to the lease agreement there was no charge had something to do with the treatment I received. More

They are still advertising the vehicle and allowing people to schedule test drives to get people to come in and talk them into buying a more expensive one. More
