My apologies for any inconvenience. Without knowing the specifics I can say without question that if your issue was covered by the Toyota Manufacturer Warranty we would have completed the repair. Typically brakes aren't covered unless it is deemed a defect. If the warranty was with an extended warranty company the same applies.
