I like that they were direct and did not give me the run around like it was done in the olden days. I do believe that I could have negotiated the fee down a little more but because of the Covid 19 crisis I around like it was done in the olden days. Hany El-Desoky knew his business and did a great job showing me all of the features on my 2020 Sienna.He never made me feel rushed as I asked my endless questions. I did feel bad that Angie Romain was laid off and couldn't make the sale because she had worked with me in the fall and took me for a test drive but my husband was not ready to make the purchase then due to some unexpected issues. I had promised her then that I would ask for her when I was ready.I did ask for her and was told she was laid off. I did a lot of research on the Sienna,,Odessey,Pacifica and one or two others. I love my new Sienna, even though I know the new 2021 is coming out soon and will be revamped.This 2020 meets my needs just as it is and I was ready to make my purchase now. A family member needed transportation so I wanted to gift them with my older van with low miles and good condition.I also like the shift on.Sienna rather than the push buttons to shift gears I don't want too much new learning in my seventies. The 2020 has just enough new technology that I think I can handle. I am very pleased! More
