Worst car buying experience ever I knew what I wanted when I walked in and I was paying cash. Should have taken an hour max, but it was 10 days of xxxx. Car was not ready when I picke I knew what I wanted when I walked in and I was paying cash. Should have taken an hour max, but it was 10 days of xxxx. Car was not ready when I picked it up a WEEK after I bought it. No floor mats, no second key, no owners manual and as I was leaving I noticed they had failed to put plates on it and the blind spot monitor wasn’t working. Two more days in the waiting room. No apologies, no concern that a good customer was treated very badly. I also didn’t appreciate the hard sell for extended warranty. I paid a lot of money because I thought Toyota was a good product, but to hear the salesman Pressure me, I had evidently just bought a piece of junk that would almost certainly fall apart any day. if they were giving cars away I would never walk into that delearship again. Disappointment Chad greeted us & had us wait for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then had my mother & I drive to a different dealership because the car was not on the lot. The guy who greeted us was nice. He tried to answer our questions to the best of his ability; however, he couldn't answer everything. He allowed us to look the vehicle over and then he let us go on a test drive. Once we finished the test drive, we went back to the dealership. We sat down with Chad to discuss the options. Chad was very disorganized and very immature. This is when it went downhill after this. We waited for 3 HOURS!! 3 HOURS!! I understand the dealership was short-staffed because of the coronavirus but 3 HOURS!!! That is unacceptable!! Then when my mother & I raised xxxx about it, the finance man was rude and unsympathetic. We were offered no compensation or anything for our wait. He could have told us to go get dinner or come back another day. He did none of that. Chad was MIA as well. Whenever I needed him or another person needed him for anything, Chad was nowhere to be found. He stayed missing. The only reason I purchased my car from there was that it was a great deal and when I drove the car, I knew it was my car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!! I have heard Ray Brandt was a great dealership; however, this proved to be false. More

Sticker Price Inflated With Unnecessary Add-On The price of my vehicle was increased $500 for paint sealant that was not needed because it was already on the vehicle from the manufacture. The deale The price of my vehicle was increased $500 for paint sealant that was not needed because it was already on the vehicle from the manufacture. The dealer claims it is standard practice to add paint sealant on all of their vehicles whether they need it or not. That is an unnecessary additional charge and an inflation of the sticker price. More

Oil Change/Tire Rotation Doug was outstanding, as usual. He met us upon our arrival explained the nature of the work to be completed and when to expect completion of the job.
