NO HELP!! This sales rep was very unprofessional and rude!! He laughed at my situation and told me that it was our responsibility and suggested that the items This sales rep was very unprofessional and rude!! His only solution was that we pay for the items to be replaced with a fee or mount them on ourselves. For him to be a "so called manager", hopefully his team members and other clientele are not exposed to his sarcasm and HORRIBLE ATTITUDE toward others!! There was never an apology from him.
