not detailed as promised I give the dealership, sales and finance a 5 star rating, but because of the service I rated only a 3 star rating. After we purchased the car, it was I give the dealership, sales and finance a 5 star rating, but because of the service I rated only a 3 star rating. After we purchased the car, it was suppose to have been detailed for us to pick up the following day....but it was not ready, so we had to wait an additional day before we could pick it up.. .....after picking the car up and in route home we noticed that the car was not wiped down, there was crumbs in all the crevices and the previous owner's dirty ear plugs in the side compartment in the door.and a lot of trash in the truck. It seemed all the service department did was change the oil and checked the tires. We had to return the car again to be cleaned and the only thing they did was vacuum the truck and removed the ear plugs......the car was still dusty and crumbs still in all the crevices so we washed and cleaned out the inside of the car ourselves. More
