2008 Highlander water damage repair I believe the dealership did the best they could with my 11 year old car. Water came in thru the taillights and caused the carpet to be saturated ever I believe the dealership did the best they could with my 11 year old car. Water came in thru the taillights and caused the carpet to be saturated every time it rained. My car was at dealership for about five weeks because the replacement carpet could only be found in Japan! Huge inconvenience for both me and the dealership- I was without a car and the dealership had to keep my car in the service bay on rack because they had removed seats and interior. We both suffered from the surprise unavailability of carpet replacement. More
