new vehicle purchase Excellent customer service. However, since the new RAV4 is highly technical I would have appreciated a more detailed and slower explaining of all the Excellent customer service. However, since the new RAV4 is highly technical I would have appreciated a more detailed and slower explaining of all the various technology on the vehicle and use of the technology. I strongly suggest that Ray Brandt Toyota hire a person/s that specifically deal with this and it be by appointment - as I, and perhaps others, would need at least an hour or two to fully understand and to be able to use all the technology on this new vehicle.
