Appointments were made for service after I said I will be going to a dealership 50 miles closer to my house. But then she said she couldn’t cancel the appointments and I would have to do it myself. Picking up the vehicle was a lengthy process and a waste of time having to speak with the service lady and Mr Ray. My salesman was Chad. He was awesome. In and out service. Arrived a bit early for prearranged scheduled service, spoke to Ms. LeBlanc , my usual service rep. She advised I needed no more than a tire rotation. Extended service warranty. Brandon was very patient with me as I had purchased an extended warranty he was not familiar with but he figured it out with Grace. He was very accommodating, very friendly and overall a great person to have to go to for my oil changes. He always treats me with the upmost respect and I can't begin to tell you how customer service has declined so much with my generation but he had it. They were fast and called me to let me know that I needed windshield wipers because lets be honest, that's not on MY grocery list (insert eyeroll). HAHA! I also did not have an appointment and was still in and out in no time. :) More

Buying A Car I went in to Ray Brandt Toyota thinking that they probably would not be able to help me out since I did not have great credit and I was upside down on I went in to Ray Brandt Toyota thinking that they probably would not be able to help me out since I did not have great credit and I was upside down on my current vehicle. I met with James and he listened to me and made me feel comfortable and explained all the options available to me not just one or two. After explaining everything he then took me to look at some cars, after I told him what I was looking for and showed me several. Most dealerships try to show you one maybe two but not James/Ray Brandt Toyota. We looked it over and I was pleased from what I saw. We went back inside and he proceeded to work on trying to get me the deal I was looking for. The whole time he is doing this, he is also making sure I am ok and if I needed anything. Long story short, he did a great job and I walked out with a 2019 Toyota Camry near the price I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and would definitely tell them to ask for James. More
