I go mainly to just do routine upkeep; and so far it has done well with no major problems. It is a 2010, so it's getting up there. Feel like it will go quite a bit longer with the expert care and help that keeps me in the "know". A great company to buy from and a great company to keep your vehicle running. More

I am a difficult person to deal with when I go to a dealership, but Angela made my experience at Ray Brandt Toyota a very pleasant one. She is very competent and acts in a professional manner. Her word is her bond. She knew what I wanted and delivered the price I wanted to pay. I told her I would not negotiate. I wanted a certain price and told her if she could not meet the price, i was leaving. She worked with her boss and delivered the car that I wanted at a price I could accept. My wife was with me when we met with Angela and she also was impressed by her. My wife liked the demeanor of Angela and felt she was like a friend to her. Garity Wolfe was also a breath of fresh air explaining the warranties and services offered by the dealership. She is an asset to the dealership. Thanks to both of your employees. My Honda lease was up, stopped by Ray Brandt to shop. As soon as I drove up onto the lot, I was met and greeted with a handshake and a smile from sales personnel by the name of Alan Thomas. Alan was very knowledgeable and friendly while assisting me to decide which Toyota would be a perfect fit for me. Alan was indeed very patient, as I explained my family size (husband, 1 son.). And he did take into account that I stated that I was becoming age 50 soon, yet I felt 30 at heart. (Meaning no suv for me.). Well, who would guess that what was pumping through my veins was on the show room floor. A 2019 Toyota Camera XSE! My kind of car, but was the color red kind of racy? Not for me! I asked Alan to excuse me for a moment in order to call my spouse. Well... You know how the saying goes: “What wifey wants, wifey usually gets.” And I did! I really enjoyed my experience with Ray Brandt. The professionalism was through roof. I never felt hassled at all. We even received 2 followed up calls. I am loving my new Camry, and so is everyone else. The Grays will definitely be sharing our fantastic experience with your store. More

One costly error by the dealership was the fact that that during the sale of the TACOMA it was not revealed To me that only one key was available until after I signed all paperwork. This error will cost me about $200.00. When asked afterwards where the key was I was told “sorry” we don’t have one. More
