As usual, Douglas Montalbano (Service Department) had my vehicle serviced in a timel I recently brought my vehicle in to Ray Brandt for an oil change. As usual, Douglas Montalbano (Service Department) had my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. I always bring my vehicle to Ray Brandt for all vehicle repairs, and had never had a negative experience. Mr. Montalbano treats his customers in a professional and courteous manner. I have recommended Ray Brandt Service Department to my friends and colleagues. More

Great Salesman & Dealership We purchased two vehicles from Ray Brandt Toyota within a 6 months period. Patrick Brown was Awesome, on our second purchase he even came in early for us and we had a certain time period we needed to get done to go to a doctor appointment, Patrick made sure we were completed with our transaction in time. Did I mention, we live 2 hours away and it was worth the drive. Would definitely go back to Ray Brandt. More

Slow and lacking communication I stood in service department for several minutes before anyone actually acknowledged me. I walked up to cashier thinking maybe I need to check in there first. Tech forgot to reset service light and it set off a warning for service. I don’t have time to go back there so I figured out how to do myself. Previous visit to replace broken window was a disaster. Tech didn’t properly connect door handle couldn’t open door from inside. They were supposed to replace tail light lenses and that wasn’t done. Had to return for that to be done. Come on folks I hope this car stands up to Toyota reputation and we are just on a rough start. This is my first foreign car please don’t let me down. All minor mistakes by service department would be nice if I could just drop off car in morning then Uber to work. I start at 6:30 am. Don’t always have time to stop in the middle of my day for service. More
