Worst dealership buying experience I've encountered! Stay away from Patrick Brown. I bought a vehicle from him over the internet and had the most horrible customer service I've ever encountered w/ a sal Stay away from Patrick Brown. I bought a vehicle from him over the internet and had the most horrible customer service I've ever encountered w/ a salesperson in over 30 years of buying cars as a private individual. If it were not for Woody I would have given this overall dealer rating a 1 because of Patrick. Patrick did not describe the vehicle in full, and he did not deliver on promises he made over the phone. Promises were made for a few very simple things (worth about $70 and easily obtained), yet he did not follow through and even stated he did not make said promises to get out of handling the issue. And to top it off, the sales manager (not listed in the current employee roster) did absolutely nothing to try and address the problem. So - bottom line - $70 and some basic customer service integrity would have made this a 4 or 5 star review! More

Everyone here is extremely nice and they go out of their way to assist in any way possible. My car was serviced in minimum time and I was sent on my way. I purchase my automobiles from Lakeside Toyota because I have been doing business with one particular sales person there for 35 years. I feel a sense of loyalty to him. However; I always to go Ray Brandt for my service because of how wonderful these folks are. Far better than any other Toyota service I've ever had. They are 'TOP OF THE LINE' as far as I'm concerned. When I can no longer purchase from Lakeside (if my salesman retires), I will begin using Ray Brandt for all of my vehicle needs. Thanks for such wonderful folks at Ray Brandt ! More
