Don’t bother to make an appointment For the third time in a row, I’ve made an appointment to have my oil changed. For the third time in a row, I’ve waited over an hour for them to try to For the third time in a row, I’ve made an appointment to have my oil changed. For the third time in a row, I’ve waited over an hour for them to try to sell me other services before even starting the oil change. It’s absolutley ridiculous. What’s worse is that when my husband brings in my car for the same services, he is in and out within 30 mins and they never try to sell other services to him. Apparently making an appointment means nothing because 3 other cars that arrived at the same time as mine today were taken back before i was even helped. I stated I had an appointment so they directed me inside while they helped every other person at their vechicle. More

Dealer closes at 9, we signed first docs before 915 with Bang, saw Richard and still waited about an hour + for finance. Wish Toyota had more rebates/incentives. We didn't leave dealership til 11p-ish. Overall, we'll be back in the future to get another vehicle once we're ready to trade in the other car we have. More
