Brad was told what the problem with the vehicle was. I asked him to ensure the parts would be in for an appointment that was scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time. He informed me they had to do diagnostic. I was ok with that but still wanted to ensure that the parts for the problem would be pre ordered that way the vehicle would be able to be repaired during the time which it was at the dealership. Maintenance was completed and diagnostic as well. The problem was what I suspected and the parts which I had told him to pre order. Those parts were not preordered. He tried to upsell me the entire assembly for 10x the price. According to Brad and parts at ray Brandt this part was on a 3-4 week back order. I took it upon myself for call other dealers to locate. Found it in Covington and Baton Rouge Toyota dealers. They wouldn’t go get the part that day would have required me to bring truck back in another day for repair that should have been completed in day if they would have ordered the part like I had asked. This was the last chance I have given ray Brandt. I used to drive to Baton Rouge for service for both of my vehicles and was going to try to find a local solution. Well that solution will not include ray Brandt. I have previously brought vehicles here for a starter. I was taken care of with this repair decently. Also a battery which I was waiting for on my 16 sequoia. This repair took 4 hours. While I waited. I could have walked to the store and gotten my own battery and changed it myself in 30 minutes. So needless to say very disappointing. More

I would first like to say that I had the worst experience of my life upon arriving to Rey brandt, Toyota my experience was not fantastic. The greeter in the morning was not very friendly and seem to be bothe of my life upon arriving to Rey brandt, Toyota my experience was not fantastic. He came off a little racist as I saw that there were other coworkers that worked close by him, and how he did not acknowledge them as well. His attitude was horrible. This matter needs to be address. I will not return until you guys dealership any more experience was unpleasant to. I am embarrassed that they have somebody in command that acts like this towards customers especially new ones More
