Took a lot longer than I would've thought or liked. I understand it can get busy, but I felt having an appointment might expedite this process some. It was still about a 2-hour wait for a multipoint inspection and tire rotation only. I was surprised it took that long for these basic services. And it didn't seem busy at the time either at 11 am on a Friday. But hey, maybe they're short-handed or something else. And oddly about 2-3 weeks later my tire pressure light came on. Fortunately I topped them off and the light is now off. But that makes me wonder if the tires were topped off while it was there or if this is just an unfortunate coincidence. Otherwise it was an ok experience. More

This was my second vehicle purchased here. “Mighty” Joe Evans is a real dude, down to earth, and a pleasure to do business with. The manager guy, Roberto, almost had me not buy the truck because I feel he could have “flexed” a little with the prices and his refusal to bend a little came off kinda rude. I still don’t know what he said but he is well dressed and got the job done!!! Lastly, I’m not sure if she’s listed or eligible to get some stars is the cashier lady. She was very sweet and nice.
