Service reps are pleasant and helpful. I was in this industry for 40 yrs. I have a different view than most. I was told there was a issue with my new truck at its first service. They assured me that this would be fixed and gave me a rental at no charge. This was excellent service. My only discomfort with the process was the fact that I was not totally aware of what actually was wrong. I researched on my own to find there was a issue, in general with the trucks and their rear axles. John was great at keeping me up to date with progress. More

Toyota of Kent has a very nice setup for servicing vehicles. They have a two-lane driveway for the customers to drive their car into. The garage is heated, and you leave your car there and go direct vehicles. They have a two-lane driveway for the customers to drive their car into. The garage is heated, and you leave your car there and go directly to any of three customer service desks where your service information is taken. They then take your car to the service garage while you can wait in a nice lounge area with tv and free drinks (coffee, hot cocoa, etc). They also have a courtesy car option which will drop you off at home and pick you back up when service is complete. Nice, courteous customer service and an overall good experience. More

Overall we were very happy with the service. The person serving us was very friendly and got the job done in the time they said. Loved the coffee drinks too. They got me in quickly w/o an appointment after my 2005 Prius had completely shut down. It turned out to be a clogged air inlet problem, thankfully, for which I was only charged for 1 hrs. service.
