The managers were also great and Ali the finance person conpleted the transaction and I have to say all was positive. I have neg experiences at Huntington and Westbury Toyota but this was definitely a great dealership and I will be back!! More

My sales person was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the finance guy, Juan had no moral compass. He was an absolute rip off artist. Tried to take advantage of what he thought were my lack of math skills and knowledge. Pressured me to take insurance packages on all different aspects of the car and although I kept saying no he persisted relentlessly. In the end I did not take any packages. I was preapproved from my credit union for a specific interest rate and he was quoting me two percentage points above that from credit union. He said he could do better with other banks. He refused to show me any numbers regarding interest rates from different banks on paper, instead he verbally spouted options. This made it very difficult for me to compare bank rates, terms, and payments. That is exactly what he wanted to have happen. Any finance person that keeps asking you what are you want to pay each month is a total rip off artist. I ended up refinancing the loan to my original bank. More

Try not to go to this dealer at all. Unfortunately, they aren't very reliable when it comes to vehicle service. Supposedly, they changed all the fluids in my car except for the engine. When I got home, I looked and they didn't even change the washers in the plug they remove. According to Toyota, every time a plug is remove to replace fluids washer need to be replaced. The transmission plug doesn't even look like it was touched. And they charged me around $999 for these services. I've tried to contact the service manager, and it's like he doesn't work there. I called and spoke to a woman who supposedly transfer the call, and I was left waiting, but no one answered. If you don't want your money to be wasted you'd better stay away from this Toyota Massapequa Dealership. I will contact Toyota Corporation to complaints and also Dmv. Thank you More

I liked the car on the test drive; she explained how all the functions of how the car worked. She took care of all the details, dealing with my insurance, etc., working out payment, and returning the rental I came in (all the way from Westchester Cty) so that I'd be able to drive it home. I took a friend along with me, who commented on how stressed I was at the beginning of the day and how much calmer I was when we went home. My whole 'search & acquisition' took about 24 hours. I've never concluded a car purchase that quickly; this was truly amazing. More
