Try not to go to this dealer at all. Unfortunately, they aren't very reliable when it comes to vehicle service. Supposedly, they changed all the fluids in my car except for the engine. W Unfortunately, they aren't very reliable when it comes to vehicle service. Supposedly, they changed all the fluids in my car except for the engine. When I got home, I looked and they didn't even change the washers in the plug they remove. According to Toyota, every time a plug is remove to replace fluids washer need to be replaced. The transmission plug doesn't even look like it was touched. And they charged me around $999 for these services. I've tried to contact the service manager, and it's like he doesn't work there. I called and spoke to a woman who supposedly transfer the call, and I was left waiting, but no one answered. If you don't want your money to be wasted you'd better stay away from this Toyota Massapequa Dealership. I will contact Toyota Corporation to complaints and also Dmv. Thank you More

She took care of all the details, dealing with my insurance, etc., working out payment, and returning the rental I came in (all the way from Westchester Cty) so that I'd be able to drive it home. I took a friend along with me, who commented on how stressed I was at the beginning of the day and how much calmer I was when we went home. My whole 'search & acquisition' took about 24 hours. I've never concluded a car purchase that quickly; this was truly amazing. More
