Perfect first new car buying experience! I had questions about getting the car I wanted so I called Toyota of Massapequa and spoke to Carlos on the phone. He said I could go there that morning to look at the car which was great. I was a little nervous going to a dealership for the first time ever but Carlos was so helpful, kind, and professional which made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service when it’s becoming more and more rare. I’m so excited and thrilled about my car and I’m happy I decided to visit this location.
