Great, as usual because of Lupe Rayos. I can always depend upon Lupe Rayos, in the Service Department, to take good care of my car and me, regardless of the purpose of my visit. They didn’t catch the nail in my tire the first two times I brought it. They kept telling me the pressure is dropping because it’s cold outside. The pressure doesn’t drop by 10 in only one tire. The third time I brought it in (I was due for a tire rotation), I told them it’s still leaking air. Once again, they tell me nothing is wrong. They finally sent it back to the tech and he found a nail. (It’s been 4 months at this point that I’ve been driving with a nail in the sidewall of my tire). I also had them look at my door lock. They spilled purple oil/lubricant over my floor mat from this. I brought it to their attention when I came back for them to replace the tire and door lock. They said they would clean it up. They didn’t. Had my dog gotten into this, it could have killed her. After 2.5 hours of waiting, I go look for my car and they weren’t even going to replace the correct tire. I asked to speak with Michael the manager, and he was able to help me out. As for the others, they were all walking around eating lunch from the back. Not even bothering to check on my car for me. I had to tell them he was replacing the wrong tire. I wish I could remember the name of the service advisor. Lucky for them. More
