Customer service is horrible! My husband spent 5 hours for an oil change & new rim & tire due to Midland's streets. They had to wait on approval from Toyota. We bought every warranty we could from Toyota for an oil change & new rim & tire due to Midland's streets. They had to wait on approval from Toyota. We bought every warranty we could from Toyota when we bought the Camry. I called Toyota's customer service & they said they wouldn't call the dealership. Dealership had to call them. Never had this problem with my Cadillac or GM vehicles. We bought a Camry for safety after my wreck. Ridiculous what my husband went through. Service Department Manager was not there today. Another manager should have taken care of this. More
