This dealership is great as for as sales goes. But service dept. For oil changes sucks! You have to beg for them to change it. This is on a 5 year Camry. We have bought 7 vehicles from them. This was More

My 2018 Toyota Camry XSE could not be reprogrammed with Apple CarPlay at the Midland Toyota dealership, even though I was assured it could be done. I was able to get the Apple CarPlay upgrade at Toyota of Odessa. Also, I received an email from Toyota of Midland, stating I did not show for the appointment. I signed in when I arrived. I signed out when my car was released to me. Check your records.
