At first it was great at customer service. .. of course I just bought a new car! It has become increasingly less customer oriented. I took my car into be serviced.... which usually takes a rid .. of course I just bought a new car! It has become increasingly less customer oriented. I took my car into be serviced.... which usually takes a ridiculous amount of time....no one came out when I drove in. There were no other cars in the waiting area. Employees just kept walking by like I wasn't even there. It wasn't until 10 min later when another employee told someone I was waiting. It's all windows.... everyone should have SEEN that I was waiting. After the car was finished the person assigned to my car went over what was what. Here is the kicker.....last time I was in they told me I needed an alignment ( a new car with 9000 miles) and it should be done in the spring. That was not even mentioned this time. So one of two things have happened..... the car either never really needed it or this mechanic was incompetent. Either way.... not good! E More

Dakota was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, she and everyone there helped make my emergency stop for tires very pleasant. I had my dog with me since I was traveling from out of state. She got him water everyone there helped make my emergency stop for tires very pleasant. I had my dog with me since I was traveling from out of state. She got him water, brought me a phone charger and checked to see I was ok often. The waiting room has very comfortable seating, nice restrooms and water easily available. I completely recommend this dealership. More
