While I’m sure they do their best, this dealerships service is atrocious. It took over 2 days for a simple oil change and took over 30 minutes on the phone to even schedule my maintenance. Since arrival I was treated very professionally by Mr Glenn Stinchcomb. The tech that woks in my Tacoma is Mr Brandon Hurst and does a great job on my truck every time he works on it. Everyone was very nice and I don't believe anything was stolen out of my car.🙂 But the wait was very long, and I had an appointment set up ahead of time.😩 I was only there for a service that involved stolen out of my car.🙂 But the wait was very long, and I had an appointment set up ahead of time.😩 I was only there for a service that involved oil change and tire rotation. Austin was great to work with. He was professional and experienced. However, the dealership is very frustrating. 3 hour wait times are ridiculous.
