Bought a used 2021 Prius that didn’t have floor mats. Contacted David M regarding them missing where he proceeded to tell me it didn’t come with them because it’s a used vehicle. Not sure if he assumed I didn’t know it was used but it came off him talking down to me. Very slow process after doing the paperwork before arrival and wish I went somewhere else. Won’t be back to this dealership. More

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. Everything looked fine with the car, but it had an odd smell. I looked over this because I was told they were going to get it cleaned out while I was Everything looked fine with the car, but it had an odd smell. I looked over this because I was told they were going to get it cleaned out while I was there. The smell was gone until I was halfway home. When I got home I looked in the glove compartment and found the Manual in a plastic bag full of water. There was mold and mildew. I also noticed one of the bolts securing the driver seat for safety was almost rusted away. When I called, while the lady I spoke was very nice, they refused to do anything to replace the Manual or the Bolt (Safety Concern). Upon further inspection I also noticed rust under the hood. I'm very disappointed with the dismissive attitude expressed by this dealership and could not and will not in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone. More
