I took my Camry in because I was dealing with transmission and acceleration issues. I'm not mechanically inclined, so I don't know how to troubleshoot and solve my own issues. They will see this as an opportunity to fleece you. After what I can only assume was a lazy diagnosis, they replaced fluids, cleaned throttle body, and reprogrammed (as well as upsell me brakes) and decided to call it done. Two days later after they 'fixed' the issue, my car breaks down while commuting to work. I called Toyota to see if they will tow it but they aren't partnered with any towing company. I decided to get to towed to a different mechanic that has yet to diagnose the real issue because I hope to have a car that will actually be fixed and work at the end of the day. This Toyota will fleece you. This Toyota will neglect you and milk your wallet so you'll pay for their holidays without even fixing your car! The only upside is the reception service. Shannon was (actually) lovely. They paid for a Lyft to and from the Pheasant Lane Mall while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. Remember that while you are getting fleeced for thousands, you can go upstairs to the cafe and save two dollars on any order, what a deal! More
