Toyota of Nashua - Service Center

So pleased with McGovern Toyota of Nashua. Was hearing a scraping noise on the left rear brake. Called McGovern of Nashua they said if I get there right at 7AM they could fit me into the sch Was hearing a scraping noise on the left rear brake. Called McGovern of Nashua they said if I get there right at 7AM they could fit me into the schedule. I had explained that I needed to leave by 12:30 for another appointment. They said don't worry. I got there at 6:50 AM and was the 5th car in line. They replaced the pads and rotors on the back brakes and resurfaced the front rotors (front pads were at 8/10 so still good). Luckily they had all the required parts. They had the job done by 11. They were very good about explaining the situation. The report from the mechanic even had a video of my wheels/brakes which made it easier for the Service Representative to explain what was going on. The video was extra helpful when I ask to have the front break situation explained for a second time. The Service Representative, Mike, patiently explained the technical details of the rotor and the tool that was used to perform the resurfacing. Mike the service representative was very good to work with. The price was competitive as well. After driving the car the brakes are now quiet and perform so much better than before the job. More
