The actual service work was excellent, BUT the damned technician reset the "Total Average" mpg setting, one that I had not reset in the 18 months that I've owned the vehicle and that I had planned on kee technician reset the "Total Average" mpg setting, one that I had not reset in the 18 months that I've owned the vehicle and that I had planned on keeping going so as to see the actual mpg over the life of the vehicle. That's impossible now, and I'm furious about it. There is absolutely NO reason for a service technician to reset that! Needless to say once the "free" services I got as part of the purchase are finished I will be taking my car to my long-standing service station. And I sent a message using the dealership's own "contact us" form on their web-site and got an automated "someone will be in touch with you shortly" and in 24 hours nobody's gotten in touch with me. Not that I really expected them to, given the fact that nobody responded to a "contact us" form I had filled out about a year ago. Oh well, live an learn. More
