Toyota of Nashua has the worst, most unorganized service department I have ever seen. When I bought my car in Manchester, it took them a week to fix two things that I later found out was more than what they department I have ever seen. When I bought my car in Manchester, it took them a week to fix two things that I later found out was more than what they told me, otherwise, I would not have moved forward with buying the car. After having the 2020 Corolla for 9 months, the whole system including airbags, heating, windshield wipers, headlights, etc. started to malfunction. I made an apt for Thursday 2/1/24. With no updates I called the next evening and they had not even looked at the car. It is now Tuesday 2/6 and they STILL have not looked at my car. I told them I will be there today after work to enable the device in my car so they can work on it and got the okay! But when I got there they told me they don’t have time. I now have to take a day out of work to hold their hand. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOYOTA SERVICE FOR MAINTENANCE! More

I have been a customer since 2016, but I can't believe the service at this establishment has gone down the drain. Clearly none of the mechanics are doing their jobs. I'm now having car battery issues when the service at this establishment has gone down the drain. Clearly none of the mechanics are doing their jobs. I'm now having car battery issues when I literally went in for my daily maintenance on the last day of July. How can my multipoint inspection paper say I have my battery state of health me "ok"/green then have it literally die in September. Whoever did the service to my car needs to be retrained because this is unacceptable. *The fact that I can't even write a review without having to rate someone is ridiculous. I'm rating the establishment as a whole and not the person. More

Every person is polite and goes out of their way to make you feel good about your service experience. I feel like they must own shares or have profit sharing. Just can't say enough. I want to issue an apology to the negative review written on Feb 13, 2022 regarding service on my truck. I accused, wrongfully, that someone in the service dept who worked on my truck had stole an item from on Feb 13, 2022 regarding service on my truck. I accused, wrongfully, that someone in the service dept who worked on my truck had stole an item from beneath the rear seat. I didn't notice it gone until needing it and couldn't find it anywhere in the truck where it was last seen. Just this weekend while cleaning out my garage, I found the item. For some reason, I removed it from my truck and stored it in the garage and forgot about it. Right now I feel like a total idiot for jumping to the conclusion of thievery at the dealership. Prior to this stupid accusation, I've had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership service dept. I'm hoping this follow-up on the review makes all good between the service group and myself as I continue to have my truck serviced at this dealership. I need to be sure to never assume anything as the saying goes "when you assume, you make an "xxx" out of "U" and "ME". So again, my sincerest apology. More
