Fast forward to October: the light for low tire pressure came on - my wife called the service center - to see if they could look at it.. (she was taking my daughter back to UMASS Amherst) Was told they could fit her in at 4:00 pm the following day... Told them of the trip - but was told - we cant fit you in. and rudely said "try putting some air into the tire" Called Acton Toyota - told them the same story - had an appointment at 7:00 am the next morning. Ended up that there was a nail in the tire... Nashua Toyota put my wife and my daughters lives in danger... I will never go back to them... spent over 70,000 dollars on two cars in two years at Nashua Toyota - and was told to put air in the tire....crazy - Just purchased a 2016 Highlander - not from Nashua Toyota - Thanks Acton Toyota... Service Department I am happy to announce an EXCELLENT experience with the service department, James Page is Amazing and so was the mechanic working with him a few night I am happy to announce an EXCELLENT experience with the service department, James Page is Amazing and so was the mechanic working with him a few nights ago. My appointment was at 5pm, I came to see what went wrong with some repairs another "mechanic" was supposed to have fixed, the 1 time I have ever gotten service done at a non-Toyota shop, and it was plain misery! (Those guys have a different type of review coming!...Anyways James did right by us and got several issues fixed, and we are going back in to have the remaining couple problems solved.. I would recommend going to see James Page to anyone! They have a 3 on 4 off work schedule, so be sure he is there :) More
Horrible Service Department My family has bought a total of 3 NEW vehicles from Toyota of Nashua in the last 15 years. Never again. After being bounced around by the receptionist Jen for 5 minutes I finally spoke with James in service. James seemed like he had no clue how to use the computer. I told him I needed a quote for a timing belt and 4 new summer carpets with all relivient details he needed about me and the vehicle. He assured me he would get back to me soon. Two weeks go by and on July 16th I call back because James never did get in touch. Things happen, I understand and was willing the give him the benefit of the doubt. I was bounced all over the place this time and again all I wanted was service. The receptionists were Jen, Sheila or Shelley, and Kelly. I spoke to them more than anyone since Katie in service hung up on me not once but twice. Katie is service has a serious attitude problem and no customer service. After waiting two weeks then calling and asking over and over to just have a service quote Katie's attitude and erratic speed talking while I was trying to speak broke the camels back. None of this is complicated but calling Toyota of Nashua's service department is brutal and pray you don't get Katie. I will never have anything to do with Toyota of Nashua again and we will bring our newest car to someone else after warranty is up. I left a message with the general manager Rick and I'll say it again Katie is a horrible fit for her job and needs to calm down and understand she is not at the center of the world. She works in a service department. Horrible . More

I purchased service agreement from Toyota Company and as a result, I have to go to Toyota dealership for service. The quality and professionalism at this dealership is pathetic. They can put you in harm's way. In Month of May-2013, I got my Car Serviced and was told that Brakes needs attention. When I again went for Service in Oct-2013, I was told my Brakes are in perfect condition. I have printed report for May-2013 and Oct-2013 to show, if needed. This really amazes me - Do Brakes linings NOT wear off in time. Had I followed advice and suggestion of this Dealership, I would be driving my Car assuming Brakes are in perfect condition, where as it may not be the case. Not sure if this dealership did even check my Brakes or simply put some numbers on a paper an gave me the report. More
So we have had our 2005 Sienna since the end of February/early March 2013, it now being August 2013. The day of purchase I told my sales rep Joe "the tires look bald and need replaced", he said "we February/early March 2013, it now being August 2013. The day of purchase I told my sales rep Joe "the tires look bald and need replaced", he said "we'll get it to service and they'll fix it"...they put air in, and called it a day. 2 weeks later, there was snow on the ground, as I took my husband to work we had a total spin out!! No grip or traction, and hit a snow bank, after swerving in and out of the oncoming lane! I called Toyota and spoke to a service rep (cant recall his name), I told him that 2 weeks earlier I had bought the van and mentioned that the tires were bald and old and needed replaced, he said to come in for an appointment and they'd "check it out". I scheduled an appointment, at the same time, I asked them to check the squeaky brakes, again, I was told, "they hold air fine" (which they don't, every few days we have to re-inflate them) and was told "the brakes squeak because they are after market" (these brakes squeak CONSTANTLY, not randomly, Ive had several cars with after market brakes and other parts..yes occasionally they squeak, but not EVERY single time I touch the peddle!!" Anywho, I went on my frustrated way because I had my kids with me and had errands to run. I told my husband what had happened, needless to say he was far beyond my anger level, understandable since we drive 5 children around daily and had already spun out once! So, TWICE in the 1st month of purchase I mentioned bald tires, my spin out, and brakes...NOTHING was done.. We don't have cash to just throw to everything, raising a family of 8 isn't cheap, which is why we thought going to a dealer to get a newer, "cared for" vehicle would save us time and hassle of constant issues and repairs.. Turns out, that's not the case..so the last time we had rain, my tires slipped, AGAIN, and almost caused an accident, I had my kids in the car! So, Ive made yet ANOTHER appointment.. I'm truly hoping that Toyota will take care of the problem this go round, and put some new tires on the van, as should have been done since I 1st pointed out the issue, instead of being blown off. If not, if I have another accident or road hazard between now and the time I can afford to put my own new tires on (before the 1st snow hits hopefully)...I'm prepared to hold Toyota legally liable for any and all Fatalities and Damages caused by them not listening to me when I, 3 times have pointed out the condition of the tires (Twice within the 1st month of purchase!!) And since I have the paperwork to show I brung it to their attention and nothing was done, Im sure they will be held accountable... I really hope its properly handled this time and no further issue need arise. More
