I was just telling my sister how much I love the people and the service at toyota of Nashua. I've been having my 2012 service done here forever. I never feel that they have taken advantage of me. Every person is polite and goes out of their way to make you feel good about your service experience. I feel like they must own shares or have profit sharing. Just can't say enough. I want to issue an apology to the negative review written on Feb 13, 2022 regarding service on my truck. I accused, wrongfully, that someone in the service dept who worked on my truck had stole an item from on Feb 13, 2022 regarding service on my truck. I accused, wrongfully, that someone in the service dept who worked on my truck had stole an item from beneath the rear seat. I didn't notice it gone until needing it and couldn't find it anywhere in the truck where it was last seen. Just this weekend while cleaning out my garage, I found the item. For some reason, I removed it from my truck and stored it in the garage and forgot about it. Right now I feel like a total idiot for jumping to the conclusion of thievery at the dealership. Prior to this stupid accusation, I've had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership service dept. I'm hoping this follow-up on the review makes all good between the service group and myself as I continue to have my truck serviced at this dealership. I need to be sure to never assume anything as the saying goes "when you assume, you make an "xxx" out of "U" and "ME". So again, my sincerest apology. More
I had a appointment for 9:00am, i arrived early around 8:40am, Adams was so kind and wasted no time righting me up service, all i needed was oil change, filter, tire rotation, great. i waited until 11:50a 8:40am, Adams was so kind and wasted no time righting me up service, all i needed was oil change, filter, tire rotation, great. i waited until 11:50am before it was ready, not very good service and i don't think this is what excellent service is about. Its not Adams fault, he had no idea it was still waiting for my truck to be service. I always go to your Dealer for service, now, i have second thoughts, you need to look at your dept and make the adjustment to satisfy future customer.Service adviser Adams is not at fault, but, your service support needs attention. Adams thank you again for your help in this matter, not saying much for service depart. More

Lousey Service, Expensive Repairs, Non-Toyota Parts My Toyota Camry needed a new starter and I was quoted a price of $575 installed, which is more than $200 more than Shop Book Rate. Turns out they had planned to use a starter they were going to buy from Pep Boys and this was revealed only after I questioned them about it. When you go to a dealer, you should expect factory parts and if you're not going to get them, they should be up front about it. I passed on the repair and I won't be going back to Nashua Toyota under any circumstances because I think they're dishonest. More

Transmission Replacement I was not pleased that my 2016 Corolla needed a new transmission after 50,000 miles, but the service experience was fantastic. I drove my car into the I was not pleased that my 2016 Corolla needed a new transmission after 50,000 miles, but the service experience was fantastic. I drove my car into the service bay and within ten seconds a representative(Scott D.) was there to take my information. He walked me to his desk, told me that the repair people would evaluate the vehicle and he would come and get me within 45 minutes. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable. He came back in 45 minutes, said they would replace the transmission under warranty and set me up with a loaner and that it would be ready the next afternoon. I was back on the road in another 10 minutes, and the vehicle was ready the next afternoon. Scott made the visit that I was dreading into a painless experience. Great job! More
