He was great to work with - I made several trips into the dealership, sometimes with and sometimes without the kids to sit in, get a feel for, talk about, and test drive. Sam could speak about not just Toyota, but all the other brands out there. At other dealerships I visited if I mentioned I was interested in a different brand the salespeople were unable to even entertain the notion that I could possibly like something other than what they were showing me. Case in point, we ended up with a Honda Odyssey from a Toyota dealership! As the search narrowed down Sam was very proactive and would text me about new possibilities that were arriving at the dealership. He was always very prompt in replying to any questions that I called or texted about, was very courteous, and professional. This was the best vehicle-buying experience I have had. More

A year later I was back, Amy remembered me and was happy to find and put together all my wants into one beautiful vehicle. Amy made me feel very comfortable through the process unlike the typical anxiety I experienced buying my previous vehicles at other dealerships. Was it the dealerships philosophy or was it Amy? My husband took matters into his own hands and contacted Cain Toyota. He dealt with Amy in internet sales, and it was a great experience! No high pressure and no walking around the car lot in 90 degree temperatures. We purchased the car online. Went to pick it up a few days later, the car was everything and more than I wanted. Dealership was up to date, very clean and beautiful. Amy was there to walk me through all the new technology (I definitely needed help). I can't say enough great things about Amy and Cain Toyota! Always Helpful I had previously delt with this dealership to purchase a Camry and I was now looking for a Corolla. I had gone to other dealerships but the customer service wasn't the same as Cain Toyota. Sam had worked with us previously and he also worked with us for the second sale. Although Toyota won't negotiate pre-owned vehicles, Sam still managed to get us a good deal that I was happy with. I will always go to Cain Toyota for any car I want. I am so pleased, as well as my boyfriend will both sales we had. I would rather pay a little more for good customer service than go somewhere else. More

Tony Neman handled all the financial paperwork and explained each paper needing signed so we understood everything. All in all, it was an easy transaction.
