We started with Ganley a local dealer 3 miles from our home, one that we pass daily going to work, and one that we have purchased from before. He was not the overbearing PUSHY salesman, but was willing to work with us. We really had a good experience and even the financing gentleman (can't remember his name) was personable and helpful. I walked into the dealership knowing which type of Toyota I wanted. Jim Yost escorted me over to the shiny black Camry's. He answered each of my questions and walked me through the entire process (this was my first car buying experience). I feel he gave me a great deal on my new car and my trade in. After I purchased the car, I really liked that he sat inside the car with me and went over each button and feature, alot has changed since my 1997 was built! Jim was very knowledgeable and detailed. He gave me great tips and went over the Toyota Care schedule. The entire experience went smoothly and I was in and out of the dealership in just a few hours.
